Dear Help Heal Veterans,
We are a group of vets that makes moccasins for Vietnam era and WWII veterans in the Community Living Center (CLC) at the Bay Pines VA. We make them as a group during coffee and a meeting and then we bring them to the patients at the CLC.
They really like the moccasins, as they hate the hospital socks – and we like bringing them to the veterans there. The local craft center doesn’t have enough to give. It’s more than a few kits a week and we need more.
Could you please send us a box or two of moccasins of a variety of sizes, so that we can offer them to everyone that wants a pair?
