Mr. Clint Pearman – Secretary, An Independent Voting Member
Clinton D. Pearman is a Provisional Certified Brain Injury Specialist and the Regional Education Coordinator for the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center. He provides regional education and training for the Department of Defense and VA medical and health support personnel, military leadership, service members, veterans, family members and the community on the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation for traumatic brain injuries. He is a student-centered, determined and proactive educator with more than 20 years of experience in various educational fields.
He was appointed to the Board of Directors for Help Heal Veterans (HEAL VETS) in February 2015.
Pearman has educational experience in government, non-profit and academic settings, as well as private practice. Areas of expertise include strategic planning and analysis, curriculum development, student mentoring and coaching, military leadership, research evaluation, brain injury education and training, and others.
In addition to his current role, Pearman is the Executive Director and Founder of ABC Wellness Zone, providing leadership to a nationwide network of health and wellness coaches, nutrition clubs and health and wellness offices.
Pearman holds undergraduate degrees in micro-computer technology and health and wellness, and a Master’s degree in psychology. He is currently a doctoral candidate in health psychology at Walden University.
A military veteran with more than 30 years with the U.S. Marine Corps, he served as Director of the Non-Commissioned Officers Leadership Course, the Nuclear Biological and Chemical Defense School, President of the Headquarters Marine Force Reserve Senior Enlisted Association, Chief Drill Instructor and Operations Chief under many commands. He was a recognized and trusted mentor and advisor for numerous commanders and leaders throughout the Marine Corps.

Born and raised in New York, Pearman now resides in Hemet, California with his granddaughter. He keeps busy with friends and family activities in his spare time.
